The Crystal Gems are Garnet, Ame thyst, Pearl and Steven, a young half-human, half-Gem boy wh o inh erit ed his gemstone from his mother, the Gems' form er le ader Rose Quartz. As Steven tr ies to figure out his po wers, he sp ends his days with his human father Greg, his friend Connie, other p eople in Beach City, or the othe r Gems, whether to help them save the world or just to hang out.
