The ‘Hell Week ‘ has been es pecially constructed t o reflect known selectio n pro cess used by spe cial forces across the globe inclu ding the US Navy SEALs, th e Ph ilipp ine’s NAVSOG (Naval Sp ecial Operations Group), the Ru ssian Spe tsnaz (Special Purpose F orces) as well as the UK’s SAS.
