Unable to return to work due t o the psychological trauma sustained during a failed rescue mission, an increa singly frust rate d and volatile The o's world is rocke d when one morning, he wakes up next to his w ife' s murdered corpse with no recol lection of what transpired and all evidence suggest ing that h e's killed her. When the police label him as the prime suspe ct, Theo g oes on the run, a nd is soon being hunted by Deputy Chief of Police, Alan S hard , a noto riously r uthless soldier of t he law, who is hell-bent on catching Theo as on e last act of se rvic e bef ore he officially retires. However, when an unknown third party is throw n into the mi x, Theo discovers an alarming connecti on betwe en the sinister forces hunting him in a n attempt to silence him permanently for a reason h e can't comprehend; and a recent inves tigation his wife was conduct ing into a gl obal armament contracto r.
