It stars Phill Jupitus and Noel Fielding (from 20 09) a s team captains. T he show is produced b y Talkback for the BBC, and is usually aired on BBC Two. Th e ti tle plays on the names of p unk ro ck band S ex Pistols' Ne ver Mind the Boll ocks album, and th e pop punk band Bu zzcocks. The show is noted and known for its dry, sarca stic humour and scathing, pr ovocative attac ks on the music industry.
