Si nce the death of their fa ther and mothe r, Ambar and Dika move to a nursing home owned by their parents' be st friend and their son , Agus. There are three people in t he nursi ng home of Masa Toea: Grandma Ani, Grandpa Farid, and Oma Ida. The thr ee are taken c are of by Rina, a nurse who is also Agus 's girlfriend. Not lon g after Ambar and Dika's move, Oma I da's gr andson, Ar thur, co mes to celebrate Eid. Amba r, who h as the ability to see m ystical thin gs, accidentally gets a vision from the past: Ivanna , a Dutch wom an, was tor tured by Japanese soldiers whi ch resu lted in losing her head. A ser ies of mystical events beg in to haunt Ambar a nd all the residents of the nursing hom e, especi ally after they find a headless statue in the basement along with a vinyl record containin g a s cary song. On the day of Eid, things got even more t ense whe n the res idents of the orphanage fo und that Granny Ani has died without a head. Everyone panicky , espe cially when one by on e the myst ery of Ivanna's revenge is revealed.
