He deci des to go to Peru to seek the gold. Howe ver, mem bers of the secret c riminal organ ization "Th e Sp iders " leaded by Lio Sha break in Kay' ;s mansi on during t he night and steal the map. Kay Hoog travels to Peru, where he re trieves his map and a document about the Diamond Ship from The Spiders. Lat er he saves th e Priestess o f the S un Nael a an d brings he r to San Franci sco.
